This CD has been developed by volunteers and with contributions from multiple organisations.  Apart from the readings, it may be copied for free for use in Third World countries. In First World countries please send a donation of $100 for a copy of this, to offset the production costs.

This course is available in interactive web format periodically in small groups.  This requires High speed access, an XP computer or above, and your own $50 web camera.  To enrol in this at an MA course level, the cost is $300 in your country's currency in the first world (i.e. US$300 for Americans, NZ$300 for New Zealanders,  etc). Third world prices are determined by country coordinators.
